The MediaNote application, source code, visual design, logos, trademarks, and associated intellectual property rights are the sole property of Ethan Crespo Pueyo. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the application without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership and legal responsibility over all notes, images, voice recordings, video clips, and location pins stored within MediaNote. You agree not to utilize the app to store or distribute content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or public decency.
You are responsible for keeping your mobile device secure and maintaining the secrecy of passwords or PINs assigned to your folders and notes. We strongly discourage running the application on rooted or modified devices, as system tampering compromises Android security sandboxes.
MediaNote is designed to function natively offline for local note taking and organization. Certain capabilities—such as Google Drive synchronization, Google Maps place searches, authentication, and community publishing—require an active network data connection.
The application integrates reputable third-party services (Google Play Services, Google Drive API, Google AdMob, Firebase). By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service and operating policies.
MediaNote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for accidental data loss arising from physical device damage, unintended uninstalls, or lack of backups by the user.
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page.
