We are sorry to see you go. At MediaNote, we respect your right to data sovereignty and want the account deletion process to be straightforward, safe, and transparent.
Consequences of permanent account deletion:
- Your account credentials, profile details, and user identifiers will be permanently removed.
- All cloud-synchronized notes, to-do lists, and public shared notes linked to your account will be erased irreversibly from our servers.
- Notes stored solely offline on your device can be removed at any time by clearing application data via your Android device settings.
How to manage your Google Drive files
If you connected your account via Google Drive, your photos, videos, and voice recordings are stored directly in your personal cloud storage. To delete them or revoke MediaNote's access:
- Open Google Drive and locate the MediaNote folder to delete it.
- To revoke application permissions, visit your Google Account settings under Security > Third-party apps with account access and remove MediaNote.
